PowerFlex covers everything from $300 OEM drives to 1 MW system drives. Pick by horsepower, control mode, network, and lifecycle.
Compact (under 25 HP)
- PowerFlex 4 / 4M / 40 — legacy economical. Still in production-grade use; spares plentiful. Migrate to 525 for new builds.
- PowerFlex 523 — entry-level standalone V/Hz + sensorless vector. No EtherNet/IP slot.
- PowerFlex 525 — adds EtherNet/IP, dual-port DLR, safe torque-off, and Logix integration. Default new-design choice.
- PowerFlex 527 — CIP Motion drive for tightly synchronized axes with Logix.
Mid / Heavy duty
- PowerFlex 70 — legacy 1–125 HP, still supported.
- PowerFlex 753 — modular, standard duty, 1–250+ HP. Good for fans, pumps.
- PowerFlex 755 — premium, embedded EtherNet/IP, safety, advanced control. Choose for high-performance loads or CIP Safety.
