PALM Parts Solution stands behind every part we sell. All products are inspected and tested before shipment.

Standard Coverage

Unless otherwise stated, all parts carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials or workmanship.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
  • Parts that fail to perform to manufacturer specifications.
  • Repair or replacement at PALM's discretion.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, wiring, or misuse.
  • Damage from power surges, water, or environmental conditions outside spec.
  • Parts modified or repaired by a third party.
  • Consumable items (fuses, batteries, etc.) unless defective on arrival.

Claim Process

  1. Email sales@palmpartssolution.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Return the part to our Florida facility within 14 days of the RMA.
  4. Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the part.
