PALM Parts Solution stands behind every part we sell. All products are inspected and tested before shipment.
Standard Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, all parts carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials or workmanship.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
- Parts that fail to perform to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair or replacement at PALM's discretion.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, wiring, or misuse.
- Damage from power surges, water, or environmental conditions outside spec.
- Parts modified or repaired by a third party.
- Consumable items (fuses, batteries, etc.) unless defective on arrival.
Claim Process
- Email sales@palmpartssolution.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Return the part to our Florida facility within 14 days of the RMA.
- Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the part.
