Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Condition Requirements
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Items installed, modified, or showing signs of use may not be eligible for full refund.
- Custom-ordered, special-order, and clearly marked non-returnable items are not eligible.
How to Request a Return
- Email sales@palmpartssolution.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Ship the item back, prepaid and insured, to our Florida facility within 14 days of the RMA.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns. Defective items returned within warranty are not subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
