CompactLogix is Rockwell Automation's mid-range Logix controller platform. We carry 1769, 5069, 5370 and 5380 series controllers, power supplies and expansion I/O for machine-level applications.

• Major Fault — array index out of range, divide-by-zero, watchdog
• I/O not responding — EtherNet/IP RPI too aggressive or duplicate IP

• SD card corruption — power loss during firmware flash
• Module fault LED — usually 24V power supply problem

1. Studio 5000 → online → Controller Properties → Major Faults tab.
2. Check I/O tree for any module with a red exclamation.
3. For EtherNet/IP issues, RSWho the network and look for duplicate IPs.
4. Power-cycle the chassis after pulling the SD card to rule out boot corruption.
5. Verify firmware match between Studio 5000 project and CPU.
